Packaging bags can be produced with the following materials:
1. PP or Polypropylene: The characteristics of this type of bag are that it is clear, hard, crisp, and has high heat resistance, but PP’s weak point is that it’s not cold-resistant.
2. LLDPE or Linear Low-Density Polyethylene: The characteristics of this type of bag are that it is clear, tough, and cold-resistant. (can withstand cold up to - 20 degrees Celsius) but LL’s weak point is it’s not heat resistant (it can only withstand heat at the maximum of approximately 80 degrees Celsius)
3. HD or High-Density Polyethylene: The characteristics of this type of bag are that it is turbidity, it can withstand only moderate heat and cold (0 to 100 degrees).
The bags can be prettier and more suitable to use by adding handles, punching holes, ultra folding, side folding, and bottom folding, and the bag can also print up to 13 colors with the modern printing system.
