Bakery Plastic bags can be produced with the following materials:

1. IPP or Inject Polypropylene: The characteristics of this type of bag are that it is clear, hard, crisp, in good shape, shiny, and has good heat resistance. The thickness of the bag can start at 0.12 mm/two sides, but IPP’s weak point is that it’s not cold-resistant.

2. OPP or Oriented Polypropylene: The characteristics of this type of bag are that it is clear, crisp, and shiny. It can be produced as thin as 0.02 mm/side, but it has a weak point that it can only be side-sealed. Therefore, the bag may break more easily than the bags produced by sealing the bottom.

3. PP or Polypropylene: The characteristics of this type of bag are that it is clear, hard, crisp, and has high heat resistance, but PP’s weak point is that it’s not cold-resistant.

4.LLDPE or Linear Low-Density Polyethylene: The characteristics of this type of bag are that it is clear, tough, and cold-resistant. (can withstand cold up to - 20 degrees Celsius) but LL’s weak point is it’s not heat resistant (it can only withstand heat at the maximum of approximately 80 degrees Celsius)

The bags can be prettier and more suitable to use by folding the sides or folding the bottom, and the bags can also print up to 13 colors using a modern printing system.
